Bio
Keith, a New Mexico native loves to create works of art and self expression through his photographs using the culture and nature that surrounds him. From Dia De Los Meurtos, to the Lowriding scene of the streets, as well as the hard low contrast low-key lighting Keith’s work is always changing and evolving as he lets his influences guide his eye to create captivating photographs. “I love to experiment with lighting and to try to push the limits of what I feel makes a good photograph.” Keith has a creative style while still holding some truth to the more traditional balance look. “For me photography is very personal. I find it very calming allowing me to be at one with my equipment while doing a photo shoot. I get excited when I see a photo getting its life in post process.” My dream is for others who observe my photographs to be able to place themselves within the art or in the moment, place or time I have captured in the image.” Since 2009 Keith has shown his work via wall space at IconInk Studio and Gallery, as well as having his Dia De Los Muertos displayed at OT Circus. Currently Keith has Fine Art displayed at Shi Yazhi Sage Gallery & Studio at 323 Romero Street NW #6 Albuquerque, NM 87104.
